Hi, I am Acacia Deasy. I was born and raised in Brazil, and moved to the US in 2001. I started my CrossFit journey in 2011 when a friend invited me to a CrossFit gym, and the rest is history!
I’ve been coaching CrossFit for 10+ years, and the satisfaction I get when I witness people’s lives being changed for the better never gets old!
I love being able to coach the young, the old, the different personalities, the seasoned athlete, as well as the beginner. My goal as a coach is to make every athlete feel welcome, accepted, and challenged.
I have been programming CrossfIt workouts for 9 + years, and that’s a task that is very dear to my heart. I believe I am the most capable person to program workouts for my athletes, because I know their abilities, their goals, and what drives them, so I can make a plan to get them where they want to be. There is so much beauty in programming for our gym!
Weightlifting is also a passion of mine that CrossFit gifted me with, so I make sure our CrossFit classes have the best of both worlds, by exposing my athletes with daily opportunities to work on their lifts.
Coaching and building community is my calling and passion!
