Biography
- Certified Personal Trainer
- NASM-CPT | UCF Kinesiology (Exercise & Sport Physiology)
Hi, I’m Isaiah. I began my journey in fitness through sports and developed a passion for movement and performance early on. After dealing with ongoing low back pain from a disc injury, I learned firsthand the importance of proper movement, patience, and building a strong foundation before adding intensity. That experience shaped how I approach training today. I focus on helping athletes move safely, build confidence under load, and develop strength that carries over into everyday life.
I enjoy working with individuals of all levels and believe progress comes through consistency and lifestyle. I value meeting each person where they are, reinforcing the fundamentals, and bridging practical application with evidence-based methods.
Outside of the gym, I’m currently studying Kinesiology at UCF in Exercise and Sport Physiology and documenting my journey through van life with my dog, Luno.
Personal training is an opportunity to help others grow physically, mentally, and spiritually, and I’m grateful to be part of that process.
