Deadlift (5×3)
work up to a heavy 3, and do all 5×3 with the same weight.
Block deadlift. (elevated)
Set up plates on 45lb plates so you start the lift above your regular starting position.
Metcon
Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)
EMOM x 9 minutes
min 1: plate GTOH Plate
min 2: reverse lunges
min 3: single leg V-ups
