30 seconds of goblet wall sit hold
Goblet pistols: Use the box, as high as possible. holding a kettlebell, start with one foot on the box, and the other foot on the floor, stand all the way up on the box and back down. the outside foot touches the floor every time you descend.
Good Mornings: Use a barbell with some plates. not too heavy, making sure you can maintain the back straight. you can rack the bar.
Using the same kettlebell, hold the wall sit, with hips about parralel with knee.
